| We charge a departure cleaning fee of $75, 10% tax, and security deposit (amount depends on length of stay - usually $250 for 1 week, $500 for longer, winter tenants -$1,000). The deposit is refunded within 15 days of departure as long as the unit is left in the same condition in which it was found. |
